It is rather pointless stating the obvious! of course people agree or disagrees to things(that's their personal views) in a  public forum but it becomes much meaningful if the focus is on core topic that enables a discussion.

 

Sky Mobile as a business never states where that they align to WCAG standards.

 

I would kindly point you to the Principle 3: Understandable clause of Web content accessibility guidelines .

I don't understand what's not understandable about 'swap at 24 months' and 'this is a 36 month contract'.  The only criticism I could level is the size of some fonts.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
