I ordered my new iphone 17 pro on saturday how long does stock take to arrive as i've done it on a swap and have been told i have 14 something days to complete it? i have no new update on the delivery

Just spoken with a lovely lady on the help number - she's advised that the silver PM are indeed on back order and they're yet to receive stock but this is expected over the next week and said she's passed my details over to the order team to ensure it's in the first batch (which I question as I think some have already been sent out in this model)

frustrating, yes, given the fact that the original date wasn't given correctly but I can absolutely sympathise for them as it sounds like they're getting a lot of abuse about it all but hopefully it looks like some more delivery dates are filtering through now, so fingers crossed for us all still waiting!

Although I had initially asked to cancel and as I was so insistent they said they could happily do this - My 256gb Silver Pro max arrived today.

So although it wasn't cancelled (even though they said it could be and was), at least I have it now.

I was half thinking of refusing delivery - however in the end I've had enough and I have the phone now.

Tried to speak to someone in complaints re: compensation on the online chat - as I was initially offered £10 for the hassle of taking a day off last week as well as the drop in trade in value with a 3rd party - I had a reference number to give them, but now, all they have said is the following:

"I completely understand your concern, and I truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please rest assured, I’ll raise a concern on your behalf regarding this matter to ensure it’s looked into properly. I hope this helps?"

Then the conversation ended....

Oh well...anyone have any details of compensation just so I can have some ammo to go back with - when i've got the energy?

Whilst I don't have an answer to your question, can I ask when you ordered? As stated in my last post I was told that these were on back order so now that goes against what they just told me 😂
