hey, i ordered an iphone 16 on the 12th sep. i still havent got an expected delivery date . Last time i ordered an iphone from sky it came the next day. Can someone help with this please, im without a phone!

@laur10 As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
