iphone 16 delivery

hey, i ordered an iphone 16 on the 12th sep. i still havent got an expected delivery date . Last time i ordered an iphone from sky it came the next day. Can someone help with this please, im without a phone!

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

cancel delivery

hello. i ordered an iphone 16 but its taking too long to come. Is there any way i can cancel the order?  Thank you!

Only by calling Sky.  (150 from a Sky SIM)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
