ipad stuck in “recovery mode

ipad screen is stuck on "recovery mode"

have the option to search for any issues, no issues coming back when checking device. 

asks for wifi password, connects, runs recovery search then takes me back to the beginning again. 

can't come off this page on screen, tried to restart ipad but does not change?

can anyone help

@Katie1030 For issues like this you may need to seek advice from the Apple forum or Apple store, its unlikely that Sky would help as its likely to be a software issue and thats not covered by the warranty.

If it's stuck in recovery mode then usually you'd need to connect the device to a PC & use iTunes or the newer Apple Devices app to reinstall the OS.
