I've got 2 iPhones and 2 iPads through sky. My one iPhone which I've had for over 12 months isn't synced to my app so I'm unable to see how long I have left, upgrade options etc.
I can see the remaining data I have for this phone on the app but not the device. Any ideas how I can add it to the app I called customer support few weeks ago and they where next to useless and it's irritating being unable to see the details off contract length remaining etc. thanks for any suggestions

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf for whatever reason the iphone was ordered on a different account then it will not show under your list of devices so I'm surprised that Sky didn't look into what account it is on when you contacted them about it.

It was ordered on same account. I've been sky customer for 15+ years all under same name, same bank etc
i can see sim card on sky app but not the device
