iPhone Pre Order Delivery Date

I was placed pre order iPhone 17 pro max on 12 September but still I didn't get any updates regarding the delivery... Because the launch day is 19th September, during the pre order date the website shows you'll be get a mobile 19th launch date but today is 18th September still I didn't get any update regarding the delivery date? Anybody got delevery date? Anybody tell me is it possible to get within 23rd September?

I have moved your post into the thread discussing the iPhone 17 launch. 

As we’re customers we have no insight into any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

So far nothing on on my end. I completed the pre-order at 16:13 on Friday 12th September. Got further confirmation from Sky at 5:46AM on 13th September. After that, it's been all quiet.

Pay no attention whatsoever to anyone telling you it's a first come first delivered situation, that's definitely not true! 

It absolutely should be the case of whoever signs credit agreement first should get them first but it just doesn't happen 

For the record I ordered the 17 pro at 3 minutes past one on pre order day

I preordered the iPhone 17 Pro in cosmic orange on the release day at 2pm. Like many others I had an email from DPD yesterday but it just says that they are expecting the parcel and haven't received it yet. In my Sky Track Order page it says expected delivery 17 September (which was yesterday). I'm guessing that they've basically just printed all the labels and assigned them but still no movement on the actual package. I'm not hopeful we'll be getting these on Friday 19! DPD don't deliver Saturday unless they have paid for priority.

@DantheSwan What time did they email saying good news your device will be delivered soon? I ordered at 1:08 but had the confirmation email at 4:16 once it was approved and DPD tracking came through yesterday

The same day at 1.11pm, so about 5 minutes after I ordered ,it's utterly disgusting that people who ordered days after me are getting devices before me

I ordered mine at 16:00 on 12th of September, iPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb. Received confirmation the next day. I rang sky and they told me my order is in progress and will be delivered 12th of October

Just noticed that they have changed expected delivery times on their website now. It says For delivery from Friday 26 September 2025 for the iPhone 17 Pro. I also just phoned them and they said my order has been cancelled due to lack of availability! I'm so annoyed. I haven't had any communication about this.

That sounds a load of nonsense to me because orders usually only get cancelled if you fail the credit checks and emails are sent out if this happens so what show here regarding your order:

My original order is still showing but when I phoned they said there was a technical error and that the order was cancelled, that's why it's still showing delivery 17th which was yesterday. She said they are out of stock of most of the models and there have been delays. I replaced the order which is the second order showing. I have been told it can take 2 working days but they'll try to deliver tomorrow.
