No one here can give you an update. As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

The most up to date information on your order should be available at:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that's usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I ordered the 18 pro max the 16th September and still haven't had any updates. I wouldn't mind if they let me know about delays but they've just left me on order processing and it's really starting to annoy me. Anyone else having the same issue ?

mine was on in progress coming soon since ordering it, check about half hour ago and it says delayed, yet i haven't had a email from sky themselves regarding it, just keep checking. If nothing is updated this week i'd say ring up, it's stupid how they don't update on the delays or anything

I keep seeing that I won't be able to call them if I'm not with a sky SIM card? Is this true.. as I'm with three. It's so irritating because people are ordering them after me and getting them before. I've only ordered the silver too, I'd understand if it was the burgundy lol

You should receive an email from dpd by tomorrow, that usually comes before any email from sky. It saying delayed means they're preparing it.

You can call them with any number, they will verify who you are on the phone.
