Not sure what you mean by a "Sky normal sim" but yes you can anyway as the phone itself is unlocked so will take any sim.

Thank you, sorry I meant that it said something about an e SIM so didn't know if I would still be able to use the SIM that's in my phone now or if id have to get something different.

A normal physical sim can be used in the iphone.
