I was told 1-2 weeks it's coming up to the 3rd week, was speaking to someone from sky on the phone a couple days ago, they told me it would be Monday, Tuesday no later and still today when I go to check my updates on my order it still says "in progress- coming soon" it's starting to get really frustrating

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for an iPhone 17 are likely to be delayed further due to the usual supply and demand issues. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

Its absolut lawlessness in this company. Soon as you mention refund their approach changes drastically. Talk to a guy on WhatsApp who was keep avoiding my questions he was telling me that after "adjustments" my refund of €88 placed on 17 october is currently being processed and I keep telling him that I placed an upfront payment on 20th September which was €88 and another one on 17th October which was €109 and he couldnt find that payment he was keep asking me to wait long times I guess he went to drink his coffee then came back to say that his system crashed and I should call customer service on a nr that no one is answering.

Is any there any authority in Ireland where you can make a complain regarding this company?

That's why I thought I would ask. That's ridiculous, and it's also not giving me much hope if people who have ordered in September haven't even received a phone! I don't know what to do

Coming up near 3 weeks is hardly 5 days lol, I am confident that regardless of how long you've waited, if you have been told it will be x amount of time, then as a customer you have a right to be curious and annoyed if it doesn't come within that time frame.

Got a friend who works at Sky and told me that for those who ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange (256GB) after the launch week, the real estimated delivery time is around 10–12 weeks.

So if you’re like me and placed your order in mid-September (mine was on the 23rd), it’s unlikely you’ll receive the phone before the end of November at least, unfortunately.

If I buy iPhone 17 pro max that phone unlock on all networks
