Delivery update

Hello , I did a pre order on the iPhone 17 pro max , I've had no communication on when except delivery is all it says is coming soon , I would like some sort of update, thanks

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Hello, I pre-ordered the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. The delivery date is September 19, 2025. I'm still waiting for a call and haven't even received any information about why this is happening or when the expected delivery date is.

I order my 17 pro max Friday night, still now delivery date confirmed, was just wondering if anyone knew how much stock there is and when delivery is likely I've had all the email comes through such as confirmation and all of that

Hi, I preordered last week (16th) when ordered it said delivery 26th. App says coming soon no date or anything. Just got an message on app saying delivery will now be 4th October so phoned sky as I had booked time off work to be in for the delivery as it's not possible to book time off when dispatch email comes through the night before. The person on the phone said it's allocated for dispatch on 26th so should be delivered 27th/28th. So who knows if this will be correct

I pre ordered my iPhone 17  pro max on on the first day of availability to order along with an eSIM plan I got an email to activate my eSIM but the order for the phone well I have heard nothing about other than when I go onto my sky app it says when I click on the phone order (coming soon) so how can i activate the eSIM without the phone and more to the point what is going on with the deliveries of the phone. Or is it true we are going to have to wait till October in which case what was the point in pre order id live some updates on what's happening and what have I to do with the eSIM situation?

I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro in Orange on the Saturday just gone (20th), hoping I get it soon, still says coming soon 😬

Just spoke to a manager from retentions, who confirmed they have no stock of the 17PM and NONE will be sent out before 12th October as that's when the next batch come in. So if you haven't had your PM delivered already it won't be till then at the earliest, which is exactly the same timescale as ordering through Apple direct!

Anyone else got no sign of the phone? No info, no comms of the delay and how long will be the wait? 
Business as usual at Sky again?

If that's the case, that is absolutely ridiculous and then their message saying it will be delivered by4th October is a lie. 

They will loose customers if that's the case
