iPhone 17 Pro Max Order Stuck - This page is restricted error

hi i'm looking for help sky mobile. 
I recently order iphone 17 pro max and it's still on pending and I'm trying to open my messages, contract but it's shows "something went wrong", "this page is restricted". 
I'm typing to connect live agent but they don't connect i was waiting for 30min. And i called sky helpline but they just sending link they don't connect.

 

can you please escalate this please.

It can't be escalated here. You'll need to persevere on the phone. In the grand scheme of things 30 minutes is not a long wait especially over the festive season.

 

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
