Just transferred across from ee to sky. Phone number has ported over ok, but, I don't receive text messages from anyone now (iMessage works fine) and my data signal is dreadful, I've spent the last 2 days on 3G at best, the dreaded "E" has been seen a lot and even zero data signal numerous times. Sky customer support have basically just gone through a lot of "turn it off and on again" fixes with me, does anyone have anything else that may be more helpful?!? Thanks in advance!

Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data select 3G, wait one minute then change it back to 4G.
