iPhone 14 pro max

I ordered the iPhone 14 pro max now I'm not happy with it and I been paying monthly for the phone and it's brand new and I don't like it anymore can I still return this and get the money back

You can only return it if you are still in your cooling off period which you have paid a couple of bills for it you will not be. As you signed a contract all you can do is to call Sky and speak to them but they will be within their rights to make you see the contract out.

Try going through the settings and disable anything on your phone with regards to apps that you are not using on either wifi or mobile data.

I have done everything it's a battery defect and I want to return it

Then give Sky a call on the free 150 number and speak to them to see what they say.

They will repair or replace it if it's faulty.  But they will want it returned first to inspect.
