Discussion topic: iPhone 14 arrived today. Package is damaged

I received my new iPhone 14 today and the delivery and handset boxes are damaged. I haven't opened the box for the handset yet. Want to know what the process is for returning if the handset too is damaged?

Almost certainly you'd have to ring Sky and report it to them asap. They can advise you and then take it up with DPD.

My packaging was damaged but opened it and all is fine.i just took photos before i opened the box.

It is worth taking photos if you do end up returning this @Dino553D but the chances are it will be undamaged in the packaging.
