iPhone 13 call issues

Hi I have an iPhone 13 Pro and for the last week my phone has been going in and out whilst on a call. Either the other person can't hear me or they sound like a robot/I can only hear half a sentence. My husband's (16 pro) was the same for two days but his has sorted itself out. Mine however is still not working.

is it the network or is it the age of my phone?

Hi @Haggars  i have experienced this off and on previously with sky so it could be them rather than your phone. Any issues showing ?

Apparently there are no service issues at all in my area! Been through all the troubleshooting guides as well.
