iPhone 13 Graphite not eligible for upgrade, reason?

I took out x2 iPhone 13 contracts around the same time yet only the gold iPhone is eligible for an upgrade. Please can you tell me why? I would prefer to upgrade both phones at the same time. What could you offer to encourage me to stay with Sky mobile?

You're not talking to Sky here...  just other customers so we can't offer you anything.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
