Re: iPad

Straight up advice if it's related to the iPad Pro M4 phone sky ask to be put through to a manager I've just received compensation from being told several times which calls where listened into, which even managers claimed I hadn't even had an order placed, luckily I came out on top, so write down all the call times to sky mobile, get names, info you were being told and if IF promised anything take a note, I've also been told that due to all wrong information I was being told, my case manager has written to dept heads asking for action to be taken, including more training, and remember if you do decide to cancel your order you can request the information to be removed from your credit report, and if like me you are paying for accessories that can't work with any other devices except the iPad you've ordered they can and will credit your account or "make an adjustment as it's stated" on my bill, also don't open a complaint up and then phone up as apparently the system attempts to close the complaint, but please don't pay for something your not receiving until the device is in your hand only then you should be paying for accessories linked to that order which sky really should stick to dispatching everything out at once not in different erratic times, i preordered my iPad Pro 13" nano textured 1TB on the 14th May I've only just received it, compensated for around 4 months worth of billing linked to that order and happily closed my complaint on the basis sky sorts its system out which I've been assured it will be.

So you do have a tracking update as that is all you will get at present until it is dispatched to DPD then you should see a further update so all you can do at present is to keep an eye on it.

Oh wow that's a long wait... I ordered the iPad Air 2024 starlight 256 storage... praying it won't take that long. And I ordered the pencil pro I've received that already but haven't been billed for it yet

Re: iPad

I understand this but it said that I should get an estimated delivery time even if it's 3-4 weeks

Re: iPad

I was unfortunately estimated 7 days at most promised i might add, it's like I told the manager if sky want my business with the next iPad Pro then something has to change she was the only genuine manager who took full responsibility, and full responsibility of all the lies I was told, 2 days off work they claimed it was "in the warehouse with DPD" doubtful I have the app, the agreement was then made around June 5th, Apple failed to deliver apparently and again that manager took full responsibility held her hand up, most disgustingly phone call I had was with an agent who then tried to cancel my order and order me the 2TB ha ha I laughed and said yes you pay the difference I'll gladly take that offer, he said no we credit check you again, so don't be pushed around into a corner your happy with the order you've placed it should be in your credit agreement email confirmation on the estimate delivery date, don't hold that to gospel, unfortunately it seems either Apple have only sent out orders in case by case so they don't end up with waste, hopefully you'll get it within or before the 1-2 weeks mark just keep an eye on the DPD app it will come unfortunately maybe just very very late, I find it amazing i ordered a MacBook Pro 1TB AirPods and other devices and it was the NEW device yet again they failed to deliver on or around the times agreed and promised, I will probably highly likely stick with my phone network next time

excellent choice I heard the M2 is a supercharged capable of editing it's practically an iPad Pro gen 6! Best to of luck with it
