iPad trade in
I sent my old iPad back for trade in, which Royal Mail tracked say it was received on 14th November, but Sky are still emailing me saying that they still have not received the iPad.

The company that handles the returns on behalf of Sky can take up to 3 weeks to inspect and process your device. To stop these emails you could call Sky and give them the tracking information as they might be able to update your account to state that it has arrived.
