Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis might have happened if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place. You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. You might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.
If this is the case then any upfront charges that you have paid should be refunded within about 14 days.

Hello, sorry to bother you again. I have looked on my sky app and I can see that my plan is on there with the iPad I have ordered so it cannot be an issue with credit or finance correct? If so can you let me know if that is a problem. Otherwise why has it been sent back I'm assuming it's to do with the delivery something happened during delivery and it was not sent

Any calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Hi, I ordered a new iPad through sky last night on the phone as the last order was in delivered the girl on the phone cancelled my last order. I got an email through saying my latest purchase was cancelled I don't know if this was my old one or if this was my new one, my new one is still telling me that the order is completed and on the way.
