That would be to do with the Apple account that you have logged into it with so try removing the icloud account from it:
https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/icloud/mmfc0eeddd/icloud
You can then set up your own icloud account if you want so anything you then have on the iPad going forward is back up to your own account.
