fraudulent bill

i have recieved a bill for £37.00 and have never had a sky account  please check

Hi @Napoleon7  how have you received the bill ? Was it by text message ? Does it have a link in it to click on ? If so it's a spam text designed to defraud you.

@Napoleon7  You should be aware as we are all customers here no one here can check for you.

 

Any staff present wouldn not know who you are from a forum post either.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
