faulty ear buds

I received my free ear buds with my z fold, but unfortunately they were faulty. So I phoned sky and when they said they received them I would get another pair. That's when my problem started, they have lied constantly and given me false dpd tracking numbers part of the discount they put on my bill doesn't end till 2107, I'll definitely be dead by then. My buds where still connected to my phone and finally ended up in Norwich at sky repair shop INGRAM MICRO, I use to like sky until this bad experience  and constant lying. 

 

I think staff are running it rather than head office. 

Sky is losing money!!!!!!!.

You might have been misinformed as Sky will not send you a replacement pair until the ones you have returned can not be repaired as this is their policy. If you were told otherwise then you could register a complaint giving the date and time that you spoke to someone and was told this:
