my sons phone was stolen. three replacement sim cards have been sent out and not arrived for the new phone. can send the phone but can't send the sim card. today i'm trying to convert to esim. with a lady on the phone even. and no email activation code is being sent. i'm paying for a phone i can't fully use and my son studies away through the week so this is getting reficulous
