I forgot to pay my bill and ive been unable to use my mobile for a few days . Even tho i have paid my bill a few days after the phone will not come on , i cant phone sky because i havent got a working phone. what can i do.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morehave you tried to see if you can call Sky on 150 as it should be possible to do this even if your phone service is restricted. If you can't then try using social media (links are at the bottom of the page) or Whats app to contact Sky support.

I did a factory reset and my mobile phone tells me tht my mobile phone number is unkown on skys network.
I called customer support from the sky shop that i went to for help and they are sending me a new mobile phone.
I do not think its the phone problem but rather a confusion on the sky network with my phone number.
