eSim will not activate

I have been attempting to activate my eSIM since Saturday, I have transferred my number from 3, keep getting the same error message 'unable to activate'

please help

Hi @Sammyj984 

 

To try and get you some help I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

Having the same issue, ordered two esims over the weekend, trying to transfer over my numbers and keep getting the following... 

 

Whoops, there's been an error

We're sorry, something's gone wrong. Please go back to Mobile Home and try again.

I spent 2 hours trying to get it sorted yesterday to be told that they couldn't help & it's been escalated and I will receive a WhatsApp within 24 hours but haven't received anything.

 

I chased them today and they said I'm in the queue.

 

Not sure what else I can do
