Hi Everyone, I recently ported my actual number (external) across to my new sky contract and have received confirmation that its now up and running. I'm also able to make calls, texts etc using this number and is the number on my mysky app for this sim - all looks promising. The issue being that with the phone being an eSim, my iphone is still registering the number the sim originally came with as being 'my number' in settings. It won't let me overkey this and this means my imessage/facetime etc are all running from this. Tried restart, turning off mobile network etc and nothing has rebooted it to force the number change on iphone. Any help greatly appreciated please!

As this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
