Hi, my eSim will not activate.
I deleted it and tried it again, same result. I receive an email saying Sky will be in touch in 48-hours, but will they?
My iPhone 12 Pro Max is supposed to be compatible.
My old contract has expired so I am now without a phone!!
Has anyone got any suggestions?

@Tom-W19 has been really helpful and confirmed by issue is with the right team.
Unfortunately the 'right team' has an SLA of 3-5 days which is not much use if your eSim fails to activate and you are left without a working phone 😧
The community team have done their best and responded promptly as usual.
