eSIM not working

I cant transfer my eSIM from my old iphone to new iphone 17 pro. I cant use texts or phone calls. Its not the first time i have had issues with SKY eSims. I want to leave because im fed up with being ignored by costomer service. I need to get a PAC code but it get sent to texts which i cant get. This is from what i can tell a Sky mobile issue and yet i can get no help. Im now paying for a device that is useless.

Why cant Sky mobile give me the PAC code through email.

A lack of though and care. Cant wait to leave

I have seen posts from others saying that this is something that Sky have done for them, so did you ask them about this ?

Hi, this is my first time on here so not sure what to do.

I have sent Sky about 6 emails with no replies as yet. very poor service.

Has anyone managed to get a PAC code sent by email?

Sky can't be contacted via email so either try calling them or use social media to get in touch with them as there are links at the bottom of this page that you can use.

I dont have any social media accounts. and i cant make calls. will have to use a friends mobile.
