Got a new phone, Google pixel 8a, decided to go eSIM route. Unfortunately eSIM provisioning failed on the last step and now I have 2 phones with no connections to Sky, so cannot call.
What are my next steps?

Thanks for the reply.
I do not have home broadband or a landline and rely on my mobile for internet connectivity and communication. Which means I'm not able to call Sky.
I'm currently having to hotspot through my work mobile which does not allow social media content, so that rules out that option.
The Sky chatbot directed me to this forum on the premise a Sky expert would see this post and be able to help me further.

would've if I could - company policy doesn't allow access to social media content.
