eSIM issue urgent

So I got my new phone yesterday and I had an eSIM it's my first time dealing with one and I'm not good with technology . I managed to get the number activated however the number was still registered with another person as I found out when trying to set up what's app so I called and they ordered 6 sims and all were registered already! I was speaking with someone on the phone and they cancelled the new eSIM however I now have no working SIM card and I can't call sky to get this issue fixed as I don't have a working SIM card now and no bushel SIM card to use . I'm seriously panicking I have no number and I'm disabled with severe health issues and I now can't contact anyone nor have a number for people to reach me on and I don't know what I'm supposed to do now I can't cope with all of this

To try and get you some help I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
