eSIM - iMessage wont connect to the number stuck on verifying

I've jtransferred my mobile to sky and the eSim won't connect to the number for imessage or facetime. It is stuck on verifying or an error appears.

When i go onto settings and messages under imessage send and receive my email is there and blue tick beside it but the phone number just has Verifying beside it, no blue tick and it stays like this so doesnt actually verify.

It is an iPhone 15

I have reset network settings

I have  turned on and off imessage and facetime

I have deleted and reinstalled the eSim

None of the above worked 

I have contacted customer support they weren't able to fix. So I still I have no access to imessage or facetime. The problem only began when I switched to Sky Mobile. 

Any suggestions?

Hi @Paulas1  might be worth calling sky again and asking for a physical sim to be sent out then when it arrives activate it and delete the esim. Then either use the physical sim or convert that one to an eSIM.

I reeeived a physical Sim and am no better off and to add insult to injury when I try to speak to Sky support they send me code to verify my ID ...which I cannot receive as that is my issue codes not comign through.

It seems to stpm from iMessage not verifying the number as a number I can send and receive from. 

Its not the phone as I went to Sky Store and the employee in the store used his sim in my phone and it cerified it straight away. 

I cant now switch back to old provider becasue guess what.... they send a code to verify .... its so frustrating

The Sky messages arent even coming through so I received the new physical sim and when I request network settings it says I will receive a message but it doesn't arrive. This is painful stuff
