eSIM changed to a physical sim and watch order

I have had an eSIM for my new phone which isn't working. I'm fed up of faffing about with it can you send me a SIM card please.

 

Also the phone was meant to have come with the Samsung watch we never received this can this also be issued

Hi @KayRead  you aren't talking to sky CS here, mainly fellow customers. To get a physical sim you will need to call sky to ask for this. With regards the watch you will need to look at the terms of the offer, some require you to submit a claim, others send the watch after a month or so.
