eSIM activation error "Can't set up eSIM"
I have bought an eSim but when I try to activate it in my smartphone it says "Can't set up eSIM. Something went wrong with your SIM. To fix the issue, contact with your carrier"
I first tried in a phone Pixel 3a which is not supported. I then tried in a Pixel 9a which it is supported. In both I'm getting the same error.
Who can I contact to get this solved?

Pixel 9a is not supported. That's probably the issue. I will need to cancel the eSIM.

What to do to cancel an eSIM that has not been activated yet? Do I need to call Sky?

Re: eSIM activation error "Can't set up eSIM"
If you haven't activated it then you should not be charged for it although you might get the odd email reminding you to do it. You could also call Sky to cancel it if you want.
