eSIM Activation

Hi there,

I purschased a Sky Mobile eSIM over the weekend.


eSIM received, however, when I tried to install, I enter the manual installation activation code, not the 4 digit activation code recevied by email.

 

I now appear to have locked the eSIM as I'm told it can't install and I need to contact my network provider.

 

I saw a recommendation elsewhere that I need to order a replacement eSIM, however, this option doesn't appear for me on my sky account. I'm assuming you can only order a replacement once the original SIM has been activated..

Any recommendations on what I can do by way of quick fix? 

I'm mindful that my PAC code to switch my number expires tomorrow so need a swift resolution.

Hi @Josh_Walton 

 

To try and get you some help I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
