e-sim

I have ordered a phone with an E-SIM , but the phone is not compatable. I am trying to contact sky to change to a virtual sim and cant figure out how?

Hi @jackykitch1  the only way to request a physical sim is by calling sky. You can call on 150 from a sky sim.
