So, i called sky about upgrading my phone, they said as i only have 4 months left to pay, I cannot upgrade it but I can start a new contract for a new phone. That's all fine. What did then confuse me was the operator telling me there were 6 active devices on my account already when we definitely don't. The device she mentioned is not on my account list of devices , nor on any bills, yet she said there was money owing on it and this is stopping me from upgrading. She couldnt help me any further, not sure what to do now
