delivery

Hi I have a delivery coming today, an Ipad. I have the MySky app with the tracking details and order number however my mum is at work so will not be in to accept delivery. I am at the same address and have ID but not the same last name as my mum. If i show them proof that she is my mum (such as a birth certificate) will they accept the delivery and hand it over or will they take it away?

We can not say what the courier will or will not ask you for so all you can do is to have these documents to hand incase they want to see them.
