delivery issues

i i would like to let you know that i order my mobile phone 14june but still i am waiting .and i haven’t receive anything like email for confirmation  .can you review my order and let me know what happened

This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.


As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

i haven’t receive any tracking number or order confirmation  and credit aggrement email

You won't receive a tracking number til the day before it's sent @Sanjida1  look at the link provided by @Daniel0210  to find the latest on your order.
