data carry over

Hi all,

I have quite a bit of data remaining on my sim only mobile account. I'm considering moving to a device & data plan but I'm concerned that I'll lose the data that I've 'rolled over'.

Will I/Won't I lose out?

As long as you don't cancel the plan then the unused data is safe as it will continue to roll back to your piggybank at the end of your month. Changing your plan on this sim has no affect on so when you place an order for a device make sure you select the "keep my number" option so if you do change the data plan then it is applied to the sim you have got.

Hi @jp1544  as long as the new phone and plan are ordered on the same account then you will keep your piggybank data. Piggybank data is only lost when you close your account.
