claiming ear buds offer

Filling in the form to claim a gift, it asks for the invoice number. not sure if I had an Invoice, how do I obtain one or a copy, please

You can use your credit agreement without the letters as it can be found in your message centre here:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre

 

Otherwise you should be able to use your Sky account number.

I ordered mine august and the offer was on - but I can't find anything about how to claim the buds - the websites just said you'll receive them within 30 days but I have no evidence of this on my order - any clues ?

If it says they will be sent automatically so you don't need to claim for them then this is what should happen when stock is available.
