changed from SIM to eSIM can’t reply to text messages
Changed from a physical SIM to an eSIM using same phone number to help connectivity.
I am unable to reply to text messages now.
Have tried all the help suggestions.

If you have tried all help suggestions all you can do now is to call Sky on 150 for help with this.
