cant make or receive calls

Is there something wrong with sky mobile connections, cannot make or receive calls. BB5 area

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. Sky don't actually own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a repair by a third party.

Same for me in BR5. Its a nightmare.

Supposedly i have had a "mast issue" in my area for nearly 4 months. The message always stays the same!! Expected to be resolved "shortly". Would hate to think what a "long time" is. Cannot get any response from Sky on this. Very frustrating.
