cancelled order

[removed] They take your ID for verification , accept it and your phone order and then ask for a 144 euro deposit. I paid it and less than 20 seconds later got an email to say they "cancelled the order". Now they say i will have to wait up to 2 -3 3 weks for a refund. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SKY MOBILE!

There's no scam. You've failed the credit checks by the sound of it and the refund will take the normal time of least 14 days.m
