broken simcard

This is the fifth day of trying to replace my simcard for my nokia 105 mobile phone.  I've been going bonkers trying to get through to sky on my laptop what i need. all i am told on every page is visit it a phone a number at sky????? how can i do that when my phone is not in a working position. please somebody tell me how and where i can replace mySIMCARD. Would be very grateful  Thanks anne  i feel very isolated without outside contact

Hi @webby5  i have recently been trying to get a replacement sim for a relative and all the links just seem to take you round in circles, even in my account I wasn't able to order a replacement sim as you used to be able to. The only way I got one ordered (not here yet 🤞🏼) was on the phone. I think you will need to find a way of calling sky.
