broken phone

Hello

I'm not very ofay with tech and upgrades wondering if anyone can help?

My phone has just stopped working, looks like it's either the charging port or the on/off switch.

I'm paying £25 a month on my plan, the bill says this is £16 for the device and £9 for the rest.  It is

  • Apple iPhone SE with 5G, 128GB,

My account is saying my credit agreement ends 25 Feb 2025.

I'm a bit confused, can anyone tell me what I should do?

If I click on the upgrade I could choose the same phone and it says £15 a month  - does this mean I would pay £15 on top of the £25 until Feb 2025?

Thanks, Andy

This broken phone you have got does have to be paid off so if you order a new phone you could be paying for both of them until the older one has been paid off. Even if you do a swap it has to be paid off and as there is a fault in it this could decrease the value Sky says it is worth meaning you would have to pay more against it to pay it off.

Re: broken phone

Thank you for your reply; so I am better taking it to a repair shop first to see if it can be fixed; and if not, either buying a new phone or getting an upgrade (which seems would be the most costly).  Got it. Thank you.
