an email in D

Hi received an email stating my contract was up and that my bill would go from £40 to £13 from January. I have been charged £33 per month for the last 3 months.

Hi @Cab17  you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's mainly customer helps customer. What does your bill say the charges are for ? If you can't figure it out then call sky on 150 so they can look into it.
