activated new e-sim
I have recently ordered the new iphone 18 pro max with a new e-sim card, which I have converted my old sim to this e-sim and yet it's showing i'm paying for two data plans?

Re: activated new e-sim
Hi @faith146 Your post is not clear, there is no such thing as an e-sim card? It sounds like you have ended up with two e-sims on your iPhone 18 so naturally there will be two data plans. I'm guessing that your mistake was to activate the new e-sim. I would contact Sky and tell them and ask them to cancel the new number. iPhones are capable of having two numbers.

Re: activated new e-sim
Hi @faith146 sounds like you added a plan when you ordered your new 18. That will have a new number. You will continue to pay for the old plan until you cancel it. So either call sky on 150 to cancel the old plan and number or cancel the new plan and number. There isn't a straightforward way or transferring your old number to the new sim.

You can't cancel them in the app @faith146 , it can only be done on the phone.

Hi @faith146 With hindsight and for the future, always order a SIM card (not e-sim) and simply leave it in its packet untouched. Then move your current sim/e-sim over to the new phone. If the new SIM is not activated then you will not be charged. Only Sky can help you now.
