My Zflip6 has become unresponsive.. it originally was lit up but didn't respond to touch, and is now completely black.. When closed the small screen is working and I can switch on and off using the small screen..
Any help on a fix or on how to actually get a response from sky for help would be appreciated.. #pullingmyhairout

Find out more@Flippinflappin Try forcing the phone to restart by holding down the power and volume down buttons, it should take between 10 and 15 seconds to switch off and can take between 30 and 45 seconds to restart(keep the buttons pressed during this time until the Samsung logo appears).
If that doesn't work and the phone either doesn't restart or the screen is still unresponsive after the reset then you need to call Sky and arrange for them to repair it.
