Your services are currently being restricted

For context I'e been haiving this issue for the past 3 months. - I've contacted Sky, spoke to numerous people on the phone and it's still not fixed. The last time it was being reffered to the technical department and they would contact me or have the issue resolved in 72 hours. 

 

- I've been waiting for a further 2 weeks. 

 

The issue: 

 

I'm trying to upgrade my mobile device, Which im eligble for (I've also done this in the past with no issues) - However whenever I log into my account andOn my landing page it says, "You can now upgrade" next to my device. I click upgrade and it directs me to a new screen and says the following: 

 

"Your services are currently being restricted. There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions."

 

There's a button on the same page which says "Reinstate your services".

 

When I click "Reinstate my services" I then get another directed page saying...

 

"Your Services are up and running" - With a big green tick. 

 

However I'm stuck in a loop of this process, It just directs me back to the billing page and then the same issues happen. 

 

My bill is paid and up to date (never missed a payment) and I can make/receive calls etc. - Multiple members from Sky have confirmed there are no actions on my account and everything is up to date. 

 

Any help would be appriciated. - Thanks in advance.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
