Wrong phone sent!

So I ordered the new IPhone 17 pro is comic orange. All excited the delivery arrived after arranging a day off work to make sure I was home.  The phone that arrived was an iPhone 15 pro 1Tb! Luckily I don't open the phone box as my partner noticed it wasn't orange on the box. I immediately called sky and explained the situation. 8 days now I've been waiting for this to be sorted!! I've made 5 phone calls and had to explain the situation each time. 
I've been with sky for over 15 years and this is now driving me insane that they're not sorting this quickly?

It will take longer than 8 days for Sky to investigate this so you do need to give them more time to complete this and when they do they should then contact you about this. Personally I would give them a few more weeks.
